 April campout - 19-21st

Parents - please fill out the health forms A and B for a campout that we use all year.  Both the parents and the Scout signs the form. Form C is for Summer Camp and needs to be signed off by a physician before going to camp. Most doctor's offices need a few days to get it filled out unless you happen to be getting your son's physical in the next couple of months before camp in June.  Please bring the paperwork back to Christina Davis or Amy Lester at a troop meeting.  The health forms go with the scouts on all activities in case medical attention is needed.  The forms are only good from 1 year of the date that they are signed.

If you took a tent home, please make sure it has been cleaned out and dry.  Please return them to this Sunday meeting, April 7th.

Please be prepared to turn in money for cards sold, or cards that you have not sold this Sunday, April 7th.
