What's Happening

Posted on Oct 23 2024 - 9:29pm

This Saturday is the troop archery shoot/ archery merit badge workshop. It should be a lot of fun. It is 10-4 at 6021 Conway Rd, behind the UF/IFAS Education Center. If anyone needs a ride, they  can ride with me from the American Legion. I will be leaving ar 9:15 AM. Please contact me if you want a ride.
Also don't forget the wreath sales fundraiser at the church this weekend. This is a big opportunity for scouts to earn money to help pay for their BSA registration, troop dues, camping, etc.
On November 2 and 9th in the morning we have the Scouting for Food drive, which all troops participate in and which collects pounds/tons of food for local people who need it. It is an important service project that everyone should help with. We will need some parents too to drive scouts to our assigned neighborhood to drop off and collect food bags.       --Mr. Reece 407  284 0653
